Reading Systems

Specially designed for high-volume code recognition applications, d:cod is a low-cost, multicode reader that offers fast speed and unprecedented ease-of-use. The reader head includes a high-resolution CCD matrix sensor and an LED strobe light.

Labelers

Automatic Wipe-On Applicator has been the workforce of the pressure sensitive labeling industry since 1967.  Originally developed as a low cost solution to apply pressure sensitive labels, the Model 110 has been continually upgraded to meet today's demanding labeling needs and is used in virtually every industry for primary and secondary labeling.  The Wipe-On Applicator is best suited for flat surfaces, slightly tapered or convex surfaces.

Automatic Tamp-Down Label  Applicator applies a pressure sensitive label utilizing a positive tamp action to ensure complete label adhesion on the product container or package.  Tamp heads of different material from hard to spongy allow for product variation or surface differences.  The Tamp-Down Applicator may be used in any direction and a variety of tamp heads are available.

Conveyors

The Flighted Infeed-2 Conveyor is designed to increase speed and maximize automatic L-sealer production lines while economically simplifying the process of gathering and transporting collated sets of materials.  The flight carriers are driven by a dual-chain that allows the flight pin to advance all the way to the end of the conveyor and disappear vertically.  This unique feature allows the material to transfer without disrupting the stack integrity.  Easy-to-adjust material guide rails accommodate a wide variety of product types and thicknesses.  The high-quality robust design of the Flighted Infeed-2 will provide long, durable, and reliable operation, requiring little maintenance.

The CHAMPION Vacuum Transport is designed to transfer a variety of paper products while maintaining a precise hold of the product via vacuum.  The Vacuum Transport is ideal for applications where printing, labeling, or scanning is required in a small compact footprint.  The Vacuum Transport is easy to use and operate and is height adjustable for use inline and offline.
